Mrs. Natasha Watson is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and is the Director of Nursing for Prime Care Solutions. As the Director of Nursing she will oversee the quality of care provided by the delegating nurse team and ancillary nursing staff. Her role includes new patient assessment and intake and managing the services provided by the nursing personnel and patient satisfaction with the overall care. She will assist the CEO with reviewing credentials of medical staff, provide education and training to skilled nursing staff as required by the state of Maryland.
She has practiced at Total Health Care, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland, Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Greenspring Station, and has worked for Cigna Health in the home health assessment department. She has spent time volunteering and worked briefly in radiation oncology at the University of Maryland. Her experience gives her resources to manage and care for a variety of complex patients with multiple comorbidities.
Natasha Watson graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She graduated in 2012 with a specialty in Adult Internal Medicine. Her experience includes acute care and internal medicine, case management, wound care and assessment, acute and route gynecological care, and geriatric care management. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner she was an ICU and Cardiac nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital for 4 years.
